Erik Horine is an Entrepreneur, Packaging and Talent Agent, And Talent Manager specializing in the representation of writers and actors for television and film.
Horine was an Equity Partner, and a Talent Agent, Literary Agent, and Packaging Agent at ICM (International Creative Management) Partners in the Television Packaging Department and served on the Agent Trainee Board for nearly a decade for several terms at the company.
Horine began his career at ICM in 2006, starting in the mailroom and working his way up at the company as an assistant and coordinator before becoming an Agent and ultimately a Partner.
Horine was made a Partner at ICM in 2016 and was responsible for overseeing client staffing and talent signing for the Literary management group, which included the television and feature departments. After exiting ICM, Horine was a Talent and Literary Manager at The Shuman Company.
Prior to representation, Horine was in the tennis and sales industries, serving as the Head Teaching Professional and Director of Tennis Operations for several tennis facilities, and as a sales representative for Wilson Sporting Goods, Adidas, and other major athletic brands, at several national events through his tennis positions.
Horine attended Towson University in Maryland, graduating Magna Cum Laude with degrees in Mass Communications, Communication Studies, and Journalism, with honors from the Golden Key National Honor Society and the Lambda Pi ETA Communications Honor Society, among others. He was subsequently named to ‘Who’s Who In American Colleges and Universities’.
Horine attended Towson University on Athletic and Academic scholarships, and received multiple academic and athletic honors during his tenure.
